"The investigative authorities of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region have charged a 14-year-old teenager with the murder of a minor (paragraphs "b, l" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He admitted his guilt in the alleged act and repented of what he had done," the message says.

In addition, investigators and criminologists conducted an inspection of the scene and a search at the place of residence of the accused. According to the press service, medical, biological, molecular genetic, psychological, psychiatric and computer-technical forensic examinations have been appointed. The investigation is ongoing.
