Babaevsky and Salyut have received the status of industrial complexes

In Moscow, the Babaevsky confectionery concern and the Salyut aircraft engine manufacturer received the status of an industrial complex. This was stated by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

This status entitles businesses to receive tax benefits. They can use the saved funds for the development of production facilities.

Earlier in April, Sobyanin said that the capital's factory, which has the status of an industrial complex, was the first in Russia to develop special medical cables. "They contain ultrathin wires for neuro- and pacemakers, cables for Holter heart monitoring," the mayor noted.

52 enterprises have the status of an industrial complex today. According to the portal mos.ru Since 2016, the volume of investments in the development of the capital's industrial complexes has amounted to more than 50 billion rubles.
