One person was killed and another injured in a fire in Stavropol.

A fire occurred in a multi-storey residential building in Stavropol, as a result of the incident, one person was killed and another was injured. This was reported on April 9 in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region.

It is specified that the fire occurred on the sixth floor of the house on Mira Street. 20 people, including three children, were evacuated from the building.

"The man was taken to the hospital with burns, the woman, unfortunately, died," the press service said in a Telegram channel.

At the moment, the fire has been completely eliminated, its area is 15 square meters. m. 36 specialists and 10 pieces of equipment were working at the site.
