- The local history campaign "Moscow Code" will be held in the capital on April 19-25.

The eighth local history dictation "Moscow Code" will be held in the capital from April 19 to 25. The event will be timed to coincide with the Days of Historical and Cultural Heritage, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.
The dictation will include 25 questions for each of the four age categories: 7-11 years old, 12-16 years old, 17-18 years old and over 18. The winners will receive tickets to cinemas, galleries and museums, concerts and viewing platforms, as well as memorable prizes.
"It will be possible to participate in the action in an online format on the Get to Know Moscow portal and in the Active Citizen project. And the cultural and educational venues of the city invite you to write a dictation in person," the vice mayor said.
They offer to test their knowledge at the Moscow Government Situation Center, the Moscow Museum, and the Mitino Landscape Park. The organizers will also hold guided tours, master classes and educational lectures here. To participate in person, you need to register online.
The offline venues will be hosted by employees of institutions, local historians, historians and guides. In the online mode, the test questions will be voiced by artists, athletes and other famous people.
For the first time, every cultural or educational venue can become a dictation venue this year. Applications are accepted until April 16 on the Learn Moscow portal.
It is already known that universities, schools and other institutions will join the campaign. Among them are the Moscow Institute of Architecture, the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, and the Tsaritsyno Moscow College of Management, Hotel Business, and Information Technology.
During the five years of the local history dictation "Moscow Code", more than 550 thousand people took part in it.
