The Ukrainian Armed Forces announced the destruction of the main ammunition production facility

In the Sumy region, Ukraine's main production facility for the manufacture of ammunition for the country's Armed Forces (AFU) was destroyed. This was reported on April 9 by the French newspaper Le Monde with reference to the Ukrainian officer Anton Serbin.

"Our main national ammunition production facility has been destroyed," the article says.

According to the newspaper, in the city of Shostka, Sumy region, there were two enterprises named Zvezda and Impulse, producing explosives and ammunition, which were repeatedly attacked by the Russians last year.

Earlier in the day, Russian military personnel attacked a Ukrainian company specializing in the production of tactical missiles. The Russian Defense Ministry reported that attacks were carried out on the workshops of the production of unmanned aerial vehicles and their storage sites, as well as on manpower, equipment and mercenaries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
