Residential quarters will appear on the site of the industrial zone on Vtorchermet in Yekaterinburg

The Yekaterinburg authorities have included the industrial zone on Vtorchermet in the Integrated Territory Development Program (CDT). This is reported by the news agency " <url>" with reference to the relevant decree signed by Mayor Alexei Orlov.

We are talking about a site within the boundaries of Titov, Monterskaya and Smolenskaya streets, adjacent to the territory of the former Yekaterinburg meat processing plant. Residential quarters will be built on the site of the existing warehouses, two workshops and an office building.

The area of the building site is 6.49 hectares. The urban development potential is estimated at 349 thousand square meters of real estate.

In addition to housing, the investor needs to build a kindergarten for 250 children, renovate a section of Monterskaya Street, lay out a park and develop a project for a new school building No. 84. The project takes 15 years to complete.
