The Presnensky Court of Moscow sentenced Kirill Yakubovsky, ex-co-owner of the ABC of Taste, to eight years in a penal colony for fraud. This was reported on April 9 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

His right—hand man Pavel Maslovsky was sentenced to 13.5 years, Petropavlovsk director Svetlana Bezrukova was sentenced to five years.

Yakubovsky's detention became known on April 20 last year. He was charged with fraud on an especially large scale (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He was arrested on the same day.
