Ministry of Defense: 333 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were shot down by air defense systems during the day

During the day, the Russian air defense forces shot down 333 drones The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on April 9 by the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry.

"Six US—made JDAM guided aerial bombs and 333 aircraft-type UAVs were shot down by air defense systems," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is specified that over 90 military personnel and a US-made M113 armored personnel carrier, two armored combat vehicles, nine vehicles and three artillery pieces were also destroyed.

More than 30 sites have been hit since agreements were reached on steps to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that 158 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were shot down over the regions of the Russian Federation overnight. It is specified that 67 drones were hit over the territory of the Krasnodar Territory, another 29 UAVs were destroyed in the sky over the Rostov region, 15 over the Republic of North Ossetia, 11 over the territory of the Voronezh region, 10 in the sky over the Kursk region, five drones over the Belgorod region.
