This was announced on April 9 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, during a videoconference dedicated to the release of a report on the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to Zakharova, crimes against prisoners of war and civilians have no statute of limitations, so they cannot be justified by "political slogans."

She also clarified that the next AFU Crimes Tribunal is a contribution to restoring justice. The representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs added that the Russian side will never forget the illegal actions of the Kiev regime.
