A woman was injured when a car hit a pedestrian crossing in Polar Dawns

In Polar Dawns (Murmansk region), a 52-year-old woman was injured as a result of a car collision. The regional State Traffic Inspectorate reports this in its Telegram channel.

The hit-and-run occurred on Wednesday morning, April 9, on Energetikov Street. According to the traffic police, a 55-year-old Renault driver in the area of house No. 25 hit a woman crossing the roadway at an unregulated pedestrian crossing.

As a result, the pedestrian received various injuries and was taken to the hospital, writes the Bi-port news agency. The circumstances of the accident are being established.

On the night of April 2, a resident of the village of Darasun was killed in a car accident in the Karymsky district of the Trans-Baikal Territory. The driver of the car was a drunk girl who did not have a driver's license.
