The head of the Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Bashkortostan was detained on charges of abuse of office. This was reported on April 9 in the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation in Telegram.
A criminal case has been opened against item "e" of Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
