The former commander of the 58th Army, Major General Ivan Popov, will be returned to the special military operation zone. His lawyer Sergey Buinovsky told Izvestia about this on April 9.
"We have filed a motion to suspend the proceedings and cancel the preventive measure. The same petition was sent on behalf of the Ministry of Defense," he said.
