Ukraine continues to strike at Russia's energy infrastructure, despite a moratorium on the shelling of such facilities. This was announced on April 9 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"The Kiev regime continues to cynically inflict daily attacks on Russia's energy infrastructure. At the same time, the Russian side strictly adheres to the ban on attacks," she said.

According to Zakharova, from April 4 to April 7, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) carried out 32 attacks on energy facilities in Russian regions.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on March 28 that Russia reserves the right not to observe a moratorium on strikes on energy infrastructure if the Ukrainian side continues to violate these agreements.
