EAEU agrees draft treaty and trade rules on common oil market

The EAEU has almost agreed on a draft basic international treaty and trade rules for a common oil market. This was reported to "Izvestia" by Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk.

"We proceed from the fact that the price of oil is formed on the world markets. We have almost agreed on a draft of the basic international treaty and trade rules.
