Deputy Mayor of Moscow Sergunina spoke about the spring stage of the Time for Good project

The spring stage of the volunteer project "Time of Kindness" will be held in the capital from April 12 to 20. The program will include patriotic actions, creative workshops, sports events, clean-up days, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

"There are more than 60 events waiting for Muscovites in the spring season of the project. For example, volunteers together with professional artists will paint portraits of participants of the Great Patriotic War. Then the works will be presented at the exhibition, and on the eve of Victory Day they will be presented to veterans," Sergunina said.

On April 12, volunteers will organize a race in the Catherine Park. Creative classes are also scheduled for April 12 and 13 as part of the "City of the Caring" festival, which will take place on the territory of Bakery No. 9.

On April 17, the Russian State Children's Library will be able to make postcards for the heroes of the special military operation. And on April 19, those who wish are invited to participate in the tree planting campaign "Alley of the 80th Anniversary of Victory."

Other events include a historical quiz, a master class on creating bird feeders, and first aid training. On April 12, as well as from April 14 to 18, the Good Place volunteer centers in different districts of the capital will host a collection of toys for children's hospital patients and animal feed from shelters.
