U.S. representatives may not attend the next Ramstein meeting on Ukraine. This was stated by Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky at a briefing on April 8.

"The British and Germany have given us a signal that the United States may not be present. We have something to discuss with the Americans, and we will believe that they will change their position," he said in an address published by Strana.ua" in the Telegram channel.

Zelensky added that additional military assistance to Ukraine would be discussed at the meeting.

The Ramstein format refers to meetings between the Ukrainian side and a group of countries that provide weapons to Kiev.

Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said after a meeting of the foreign ministers of the European Union (EU) on March 17 that Hungary did not support the allocation of a new package of military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of € 20 billion. He also stressed that Hungary would not agree to any steps for Ukraine's accession to the EU until the rights of the Hungarian national community in Transcarpathia are restored.

The leader of the French Patriots party, Florian Philippot, said on March 30 that France should stop providing military and financial assistance to Ukraine. This is how the politician reacted to a video in which police officers in Odessa seized a courier and forced him into a car in order to send him to the front.
