The Investigative Committee opened a case of a terrorist attack after the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a power facility in the Kursk region.

The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has opened a criminal case on terrorism over the attack of drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a high-voltage line in the Kursk region. This was announced on April 8 by the press service of the department.

"The Main Military Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under paragraphs "a", "b", part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code (terrorist act)," the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee said.
