The forecaster predicted a sharp warming on April 14

The current week in the Central Region is expected to be cool and snowy, but a sharp warming will occur on April 14. This was announced to Izvestia on April 8 by Anatoly Tsygankov, head of the Situation Center of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.

"This week we returned to the March temperature, which corresponds to the middle of March. Our temperature is 5-6 degrees below normal, but the cold is slowly fading. <...> By Monday we are getting into warm air again," he explained.

According to the expert, almost until the end of this week, the night temperature will drop to about -2...-5 degrees, and in the afternoon it is expected from 0 to +2...+4. Precipitation in the form of snow will increase by the evening of April 8, followed by small waves on April 10 and 12.

"In fact, we are back to the April that usually happens in Moscow," the forecaster emphasized.

Tsygankov added that starting from April 14, the temperature will be above normal again — about +10...+14 in the afternoon.
