Modern workers are willing to put up with early risers and traffic jams, but only if something really worthwhile awaits them in the office - for example, a sofa for an afternoon nap. This is stated in the results of a survey conducted by the Rublevo Business Park business center, which was reviewed by Izvestia on April 9.

Almost half of the respondents (45.8%) admitted that they dream of a zone for sleeping and relaxing. The second most popular area is the play area (41.9%).

Another 39.9% of employees would like to bring pets to the office. Experts noted that some companies have already picked up on this trend by organizing special "pet-friendly days" when employees bring their pets en masse.

Despite the fashion for healthy lifestyle, not everyone is interested in the gym in the office. One in three (30.5%) honestly stated that they did not need a sports area. Another 31.5% agree on minimalism — dumbbells and a yoga mat. Treadmills were chosen by 23.2% of respondents, meditation halls — by 19.2%.

"The office has long been more than just a place to work, it is a space for living. People want to feel at home. They only sleep at home, play and find time for hobbies, and here they also make presentations," said Nikita Konstantinov, Commercial Director of Rublevo Business Park.

According to him, large companies around the world are trying to attract employees to the office in more unusual ways: they create "screaming rooms" in offices, where you can scream enough after a failed deal, or "rage rooms" where you can destroy everything around, relieving accumulated stress.

Earlier, on March 31, it was reported that more than half of Russians feel signs of burnout or depression at work (56%). This is stated in the results of a survey of analysts of the Kontur communications service.A lot of sense." At the same time, 20% of respondents think that a psychologist could help them cope with a difficult moral state, and another 5% are already working out their problems with a specialist.
