Representatives of Roscosmos and the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) discussed plans for the development of orbital space after the completion of the International Space Station (ISS) project and plans for the development of the lunar program. This was announced on April 8 by Dmitry Bakanov, CEO of the corporation.
"We discussed the plan of Roscosmos and NASA. Plans for the development of orbital space after the ISS, plans for the development of the lunar program," he told reporters.
In addition, Bakanov added that Roscosmos expects the appointment of a new NASA administrator, Jared Isaakman, in order to reach agreements on all issues.
On the same day, the Soyuz MS-27 spacecraft delivered a crew consisting of Russian cosmonauts Sergey Ryzhikov, Alexey Zubritsky and NASA astronaut Jonathan Kim to the ISS. It is specified that it docked automatically to the Berth node module of the Russian segment of the ISS at 11:58 Moscow time.
