15 accidents involving buses were recorded, in which there were no fatalities, but 20 road users needed medical attention. The reason for 10 bus accidents was traffic violations committed by drivers of other vehicles. As a result of 67 road accidents, 28 of which occurred at pedestrian crossings and 39 outside their area of operation, six pedestrians were killed, and 61 more were injured in various degrees of severity. Among the injured were 17 child pedestrians, nine of whom were injured when crossing the roadway in unintended places.

On Monday, 41 accidents involving minors were registered, as a result of which 38 young road users were injured, including 26 passengers and five motor transport drivers under the age of 16. One child passenger was killed.

So, in Buryatia, late in the evening, on 175 km of the federal highway A-340 "Ulan-Ude — Kyakhta — border with Mongolia", a 35-year-old passenger car driver, who had not previously been issued a driver's license, crashed into a stalled motorcycle parked on the right side of the road, driven by a 17-year-old motorcyclist without a driver's license and helmet..

As a result of the accident, an 11-year-old motorcycle passenger was killed, who also did not have a helmet, and his driver was hospitalized with injuries. It was established that the registration of the car, which was driven by the culprit of the incident, was terminated more than a year ago by the former owner. At the same time, at the end of March 2025, the driver was already brought to administrative responsibility for refusing to undergo a medical examination for intoxication while driving without a driver's license.
