A bear attacked a man in Primorsky Krai

A 29-year-old resident of the village of Vysokogorsk in the Kavalerovsky district of Primorsky Krai was injured as a result of a bear attack in a forest area. This was announced on April 8 in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region.

It is specified that the injured man was hospitalized, the attacked bear was not found. The police are working on the spot.

"A special group of police officers and hunting supervision specialists, as well as representatives of the Department for the Protection, Control and Regulation of the use of wildlife, went to the municipality to conduct a search operation," the department's Telegram channel reported.

The Interior Ministry recalled the inadmissibility of entering a dangerous area of the forest.

On April 3, near the village of Sokolovo in the Moscow region, a bear attacked a man who was in a forest plot. The man received multiple lacerations to his head and chest, as well as a fracture of his left shoulder, and was hospitalized.
