Ovechkin was recognized as the first star of the week in the NHL

On April 6, in a confrontation with the New York Islanders, the hockey player scored his 895th goal in the regular NHL championships. So, he scored in each of the four games last week and earned 6 points (five goals and one assist).

The second star of the week was Montreal Canadiens forward Nick Suzuki, who scored 7 points in four games, and the third was St. Louis Blues forward Robert Thomas with 7 points and two winning goals.
