The court arrested the accused of the murder of four people in the Leningrad region

The Tikhvin City Court arrested until June 5 a suspect in the murder of four people in the village of Lipnaya Gorka in the Leningrad region. This was reported on April 7 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

The man pleaded guilty in court. However, according to him, he did not shoot at his son. According to the man's version, at night during the incident, he quarreled with a neighbor, after which he attacked the man with pepper spray. The man's son decided to help, but he was shot by a neighbor.

According to the accused, he then shot his son's killer with a gun, and subsequently harmed four more people.

Earlier, on April 6, it was reported that a man living in the village of Lipnaya Gorka, while intoxicated, killed three people and injured another. The conflict occurred between the pensioner and his stepson.

At some point, the man took a hunting rifle and shot at the young man. He died on the spot. After that, he went outside, where he shot two more people and wounded a third. Eyewitnesses reported the incident to the police. Subsequently, the Investigative Committee for the region reported the discovery of the fourth victim.
