Rospotrebnadzor imposed fines of 1.3 million rubles on Svetofor.

Rospotrebnadzor has submitted to the government of the Russian Federation the first results of inspections of the Svetofor retail chain. Izvestia reviewed the documents that were received by the Cabinet of Ministers on April 7.
Based on the results of control measures, Rospotrebnadzor issued 1,295 orders: on the elimination of violations, on the development of harm prevention programs, and on the withdrawal of products from circulation. Svetofor has already fulfilled 74% of them — 968. Another 325 prescriptions remain under the control of the service.
As a result of the inspections, the federal service drew up 185 protocols on violations of the Administrative Code, and fines totaling 1.3 million rubles were imposed. The documents do not specify which specific articles the company violated.
On March 19, the Rosselkhoznadzor called Svetofor stores a platform for the sale of counterfeit goods. Currently, employees of the territorial administration continue to monitor the sale of animal products in Svetofor supermarkets. According to the agency, all unsafe products were disposed of. In addition, administrative cases were initiated and warnings were issued about the inadmissibility of violations of established norms.
