A criminal case of murder was opened into the disappearance of a 14-year-old teenager in the village of Novolugovoye, Novosibirsk region, who left his home on March 30 and disappeared. This was reported on April 7 in the Telegram channel of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee (IC) for the region.
"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder") on the fact of the unknown disappearance of a resident of the village of Novolugovoye, Shutov Platon Igorevich, born on 03/27/2011," the report says.
Investigative actions are being carried out to establish the circumstances under which the teenager disappeared. Description of the boy: slim build, 175 cm tall, dark brown hair, brown eyes.
He also wears glasses, was wearing a dark blue jacket with a hood, black pants, black shoes and a black leather cap.
Earlier, on April 4, it was reported that a teenage girl with her throat slit had been found in the village of Tumkino in the Ulyanovsk region. The next day, the Investigative Committee of Russia reported the arrest of two suspects, including a minor local resident, in the Terengulsky district.
A criminal case has been opened into the crime under Part 3 of Article 162 ("Robbery with entry into a home or on a large scale"), as well as under paragraphs "b" and "h" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder of a minor for mercenary motives").
