Moscow companies actively participate in international festivals and exhibitions, negotiate with foreign colleagues and promote their projects on foreign industry platforms. This was told by Deputy Mayor of the capital Natalia Sergunina.

"Over the past few years alone, the capital's delegations have visited dozens of countries, held thousands of meetings, and agreed to cooperate in various fields to attract even more travelers. Six business missions are planned by the end of this year, including to China, Qatar and the Philippines," Natalia Sergunina said.

Since the beginning of 2025, Moscow companies have been actively participating in international events to promote the tourism potential of the Russian capital.

Representatives of the Moscow travel industry visited the Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) international trade fair in India, where they agreed to work together to increase tourist flows between the Russian capital and Mumbai.

In addition, the participants of the tourism industry from Moscow held business negotiations in Vietnam and signed a number of agreements with colleagues.

His plans include trips to China and Qatar by July. Their goals are to find new business partners and strengthen cooperation.

Moscow attracts tourists with its convenient infrastructure, extensive cultural and sightseeing program, gastronomy, large-scale festivals and other exciting events.

It is expected that by 2030, 52 million people will visit the capital, which is 35-40% of the total number of travelers in Russia. The city will also be able to receive approximately 20 million tourists annually, who come to the city without spending the night for one day.
