By Easter, Russians can use Russian motifs in interior decoration: traditional prints, ornaments, themed figurines or compositions. This was announced on April 7 by Ksenia Kuznetsova, designer and product director of the interior company Mr.Doors.

"Textiles can be made with themed Easter prints, floral ornaments, as well as neutral natural or powdery shades. I also recommend paying attention to textiles with traditional prints typical of folk crafts such as gzhel, khokhloma and others. The use of Russian motifs in interiors is gaining more and more popularity. Linen and cotton products are best suited for this holiday," Kuznetsova said "Газете.Ru ".

In addition, the designer advised adding themed figures, compositions and using a tea set to the interior. The addition will be flowers, which, according to her, add a special mood and aesthetics to the space.

"To decorate the house for Easter, you can use both cut flowers in bouquets and compositions, as well as potted plants, which are now plentiful in stores. Hyacinths, daffodils, and primroses will help maintain the spring mood in the interior. They can be placed on the table itself as the center of a serving arrangement, or they can be placed as accents throughout the living room or kitchen," the designer noted.

Earlier, on April 5, Irina Lyalina, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the State University of Education, told how to choose Easter cakes and not harm your health. She noted that festive treats should not be purchased at spontaneous markets without documents, in stores where storage conditions are not met, or from sellers without information about the composition and date of manufacture.
