Many Moscow digital projects are becoming the All-Russian standard, uniting regions into a single digital ecosystem, said Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
One example of services developed in the capital that are successfully used in other regions is the Moscow Electronic School. Access to the materials of the MASH library was opened to everyone in 2019. The subsystems and services of the Moscow Electronic School formed the basis of regional digital educational platforms in the Kaluga, Moscow, Tyumen regions, the Republics of Tatarstan and Dagestan.
The MosMedIA digital platform is now available to doctors working in 69 regions of the Russian Federation. They have 17 AI services at their disposal for automated decoding of CT scans, radiographs, fluorograms and mammograms. Six more regions are planning to join the platform during the year.
Since 2020, the Moscow ticket system based on the Troika card has been operating in three dozen regions. Last year, Tomsk and Arkhangelsk regions, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and Primorsky Krai joined it. More than 2 million trips are paid for daily at SberTroika terminals and validators in the regions.
In 2022, the parking payment platform "Parking in Moscow" was renamed "Parking in Russia". You can use the app to pay for parking in St. Petersburg, the Moscow Region, and Kislovodsk.
The Ruspass digital service combines travel offers from 85 regions. The development is most often used by residents of Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Krasnodar Territory, Nizhny Novgorod and Sverdlovsk regions.
