The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB detained a group of 15 people who substituted numbers at the direction of fraudsters from abroad. This was announced on April 7 in the press service of the department.

"The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB detained 15 people who ensured the operation of communication hubs for phone number substitution at the direction of fraudsters operating from abroad," the press service said.
