- Crews of tanks of the North troops disrupted the rotation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkov direction

Tank crews of the 44th Army Corps of the North group of forces disrupted the rotation of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kharkov direction. This was announced on Monday, April 7, by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
As indicated in the department, the crews of the Sever tanks destroyed the firing positions of the machine-gun crews of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with accurate shots during the performance of the tasks of the special military operation (SVO). As a result, they managed to prevent the rotation of enemy units.
It is specified that the Russian servicemen carried out combat work from a closed firing position using high-explosive fragmentation shells.
"Tanks in this regard, for working in closed firing positions, are very convenient and very practical. Because hitting a target can be achieved with the first or second shot. It has a firing range convenient for closed firing [positions]. Secondly, he has a good shooting practice," said the commander of a tank company with the call sign "Highlander".
Earlier, on April 5, soldiers of the reconnaissance unit of the North group of forces destroyed a field artillery piece of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Sumy region. The Russian military discovered the position of the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants in the forest belt. The crew fired towards the units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
