The journalist told the details of Rudnev's detention in Argentina.

The Argentine authorities have launched an investigation into the founder of the Ashram Shambhala sect (banned in the Russian Federation) Konstantin Rudnev after a pregnant Russian woman went to the hospital accompanied by two other women and one of them entered Rudnev's last name when registering the child. On April 6, criminal journalist Federico Fashbender told Izvestia about this.
"When the hospital asked for the father's name in order to register the child, one of the accompanying women became very nervous. She wanted to record the child under the father's last name and did not want to specify the mother's last name, so she simply crossed it out and put Rudnev's last name. This was reported to the authorities, and an investigation was launched against Rudnev," our interlocutor said.
As Fashbender pointed out, the San Carlos de Bariloche police established surveillance at the city's airport, where Rudnev was subsequently discovered along with 13 followers. At the same time, several more like-minded followers of the sect's founder were detained at the airport in Buenos Aires.
"I was very impressed by the appearance of the women who accompanied Rudnev. Two of them were almost bald and very emaciated," the journalist noted.
According to Fashbender, all the detainees tried to escape to Porto Alegre. Holders of Argentine citizenship can easily obtain a residence permit in Brazil, the journalist explained.
He said that during searches in the houses rented by Rudnev and his entourage, they found locked rooms with food and phones that contained nutrition instructions for female members of the sect.
"The most important thing now is to establish which of the women is the victim and which is Rudnev's accomplice, who is accused of human trafficking. This is the main charge, and the federal judge of the city of Bariloche has already held hearings on it," the source told Izvestia.
Rudnev may be prosecuted for ideological lies, Fashbender added.
On March 31, Argentina reported the detention of Konstantin Rudnev, the founder of the Ashram of Shambhala sect. It is noted that he was trying to fly from the Argentine city of Bariloche to Brazil, accompanied by five Russians and one Mexican woman. During the arrest, according to the portal, Rudnev attempted suicide.
On April 5, Dmitry Feoktistov, the Russian Ambassador to Buenos Aires, said that the Russian Embassy in Argentina was monitoring the situation with the detention of Russian participants in the Ashram of Shambhala on suspicion of human trafficking.
