In the Moscow region, a freight train collided with a moving truck. This was announced on April 6 by the Moscow Railway (MZhD).

The incident occurred at 18:05 on the Usady Okruzhnye – Detkovo stretch of the Bolshoy Ring of the Moscow Railway.

"The train driver applied emergency braking, but the distance was insufficient and the collision could not be avoided. As a result, the locomotive derailed," the Telegram channel of the railway operator says.

Previously, there were no casualties in the collision, and there is also no threat to the local environment. Two recovery trains were sent to the scene of the accident, and other trains were temporarily suspended until repairs were completed.

A day earlier, a train collided with a passenger car in the Leninsky district of Barnaul. As a result of the accident, there was no derailment of the wagons, in addition, there were no delays in the movement of trains. After the incident, surveillance measures were organized to verify compliance with traffic safety legislation.
