UNRWA reported 1.9 million forcibly displaced Palestinians

About 1.9 million people in the Gaza Strip have been forcibly displaced due to the ongoing fighting in the region. This was reported by WAFA on April 5, citing a statement from the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).
"UNRWA reported today that about 1.9 million people in the Gaza Strip, including thousands of children, have been repeatedly forcibly displaced due to ongoing airstrikes and fear since the beginning of the Israeli offensive on Gaza," the material says.
It is also estimated that Israel's violation of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip has provoked a new wave of displacement affecting more than 142 thousand people.
On April 5, Al Jazeera TV channel reported 34 deaths per day in Gaza from Israeli attacks. A day earlier, the UN accused Israel of killing 15 doctors and rescue workers in Gaza. It is specified that the dead medical workers were subsequently buried in a mass grave in southern Gaza. At the same time, the body of one of the doctors was found with his hands tied.
The IDF resumed military operations against the Palestinian movement in Gaza on March 18. The press service of the Gaza Ministry of Health reported on March 28 that since then, more than 890 people have been killed and more than 1,980 injured as a result of renewed attacks on the Palestinian enclave.
