In the Toguchinsky district of the Novosibirsk region, a woman knocked down two pedestrians in a state of intoxication. This was announced on April 5 by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.
"The driver, born in 1988, while intoxicated, driving a Lada Granta car from the side <...> hit pedestrians," the department's Telegram channel says.
It is specified that two women died as a result of the incident. An investigative and operational group is working on the site.
Earlier, on April 4, a bus driver killed a cyclist in New Moscow. It is specified that the driver ran over a cyclist who was moving along the roadway. As a result of a road accident, the cyclist died on the spot from his injuries.
