The number of victims of the hurricane in Khakassia increased to 11

About 11 residents of Khakassia went to medical institutions in the region with injuries as a result of the hurricane. This was announced on April 5 by the Ministry of Health of the Republic.

"Five people were hospitalized. Three patients were admitted to the Abakan interdistrict hospital, and two to the Sayanogorsk Interdistrict Hospital. The remaining patients are undergoing outpatient treatment," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is reported that all medical organizations in Khakassia are on high alert. The provision of medical care is under the special control of the Republican Ministry of Health.

"All decisions are made promptly. There were no problems with the provision of medical care," the ministry added.

Earlier in the day, the head of Khakassia, Valentin Konovalov, reported that the wind damaged the roofs of houses and social facilities in Abakan, Chernogorsk and Ust-Abakan district. Fires have worsened in many municipalities, and power supply is disrupted in some places.
