The Kiev authorities are ready to go to any provocations, to organize them primarily on their territory in order to contribute to the disruption of peace talks between Moscow and Washington. This was announced on August 5 by Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik.

"In order to disrupt the negotiations between Russia and the United States, Kiev is ready for any provocations, primarily on its territory, where no one prevents them from mocking its population, preparing conditions in detail and broadcasting horrors on the platforms of its Western sponsors," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

He noted that while no peace agreements have been reached, the list of Kiev's crimes committed "under a false flag" continues to grow.

"Without sparing either women or children, and all in the name of "global goals" — to blame Russia and seduce the United States to continue financing the bloodshed," Miroshnik stated.

On March 24, Bogdan Bezpalko, a political scientist and member of the Council on Interethnic Relations under the President of the Russian Federation, told Izvestia that the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Kropotkinskaya oil pumping station of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) in the Krasnodar Territory after an agreement not to strike energy facilities for 30 days indicates Kiev's attempts to disrupt negotiations. to resolve the conflict. Ivan Skorikov, head of the Ukraine department at the Institute of CIS Countries, said in an interview with Izvestia that Washington added that Washington could have been aware of Zelensky's plans not to observe the energy truce with Russia. The expert added that the head of the White House could deliberately go on provocation.

At the same time, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, noted Kiev's incompetence in light of the ongoing attacks on Russian energy facilities.
