The US State Department reported on the conversation between Secretary of State Rubio and Prime Minister Netanyahu.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Friday, April 4, discussed American support and the situation in the Gaza Strip in a telephone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

"Secretary Rubio spoke with Prime Minister Netanyahu to emphasize U.S. support for Israel. The Secretary of State discussed the situation in Gaza and the administration's determination to free the hostages in Gaza," a statement on the agency's website said.

They added that the politicians also touched upon the issue of duties.

According to him, the negative effect for the United States is associated with the "boomerang effect" — retaliatory measures and rising prices. Inflation may increase by 1-1.5% this year.
