Soldiers of the Vostok group of Forces destroyed an AFU tank with Lancet ammunition

Military personnel of the Vostok group of forces destroyed a tank of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) using a Lancet barrage ammunition. This was announced on April 5 by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"In the area of the Bogatyr settlement of the Donetsk People's Republic, military personnel of the Vostok group of forces destroyed a T-64 tank of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The destruction of enemy equipment was carried out during the complex use of modern means of destruction," the ministry said.

It is specified that at first the military equipment was blown up by an anti-tank mine and was immobilized. After that, the fighters of the Vostok group accurately hit the car with a Lancet barrage of ammunition.

As a result, the tank's ammunition detonated.

"The destruction of enemy equipment was confirmed by objective monitoring data, all actions were adjusted in real time by the operator of the Zaloy reconnaissance UAV," the Russian Defense Ministry said.
