In the Swedish city of Malmo, police cordoned off a street due to the discovery of an object on it, which was classified as "potentially dangerous." This was reported by Reuters on April 4.
"The first assumption is that these are several objects that we consider dangerous," the agency quoted a police spokesman as saying.
It is specified that a team of sappers was sent to the site to examine a suspicious object. At the same time, local residents were asked to stay indoors and stay away from windows and balconies.
On March 20, more than 2,000 people were evacuated in the center of Prague after reports of mining. Subsequently, the police and explosive device disposal specialists found no signs of bombs being planted in any of the locations mentioned in the anonymous message.
On January 26, blogger Ivan Zolo's concert was canceled in Sochi due to false reports of mining. According to the press service of the main directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory, police teams were sent to the scene to establish the details of the incident, and all visitors were evacuated.
