Rubio called on the EU to develop proposals on security guarantees for Ukraine

Europe must develop concrete proposals for Ukraine's security. This was announced on April 4 by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
"Europe must come up with concrete proposals to ensure the security of the Ukrainian people," Rubio wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter)
The Secretary of State also noted that "less talk and more action" are needed.
Earlier in the day, a meeting of representatives of France, Great Britain and Ukraine started in Kiev on the possible deployment of a military contingent after the settlement of the conflict with Russia. The French delegation is led by General Thierry Burkhardt, and the British delegation is led by Admiral Anthony Radakin.
The Financial Times newspaper reported on April 3 that the European Union (EU) is exploring the possibility of using NATO command structures when deploying a peacekeeping contingent in Ukraine. The coalition of the willing discussed an initiative according to which the alliance's command and control structures should be used when deploying "security forces" in the country.
