Experts named the most expensive rental housing in Moscow

Whitewill Real estate Agency has presented a rating of luxury apartments for rent in Moscow. The leading positions are occupied by lots with exclusive features — staff kitchens, fireplaces and terraces. The results were reviewed by Izvestia on April 5.

The leader of the rating is an apartment with a total area of 439.5 sq. m. m in a deluxe-class residential complex, which is rented for almost 4.3 million rubles per month. The layout includes a spacious living room, a dining room, an isolated kitchen, a staff kitchen, four bedrooms with private bathrooms and dressing rooms, an office, a guest bathroom and a large laundry room. The rental also includes four parking spaces in the underground garage.

"The cost of renting luxury residential real estate is influenced by several key factors: location, quality of repairs, furniture and appliances, functionality of the layout, infrastructure of the complex and the general market situation," added Anna Borisenko, head of the Whitewill Rental Department.

The second place belongs to a duplex penthouse in Zamoskvorechye with a rental rate of 4 million rubles per month. The 433 sq. m apartment is located on the 10th floor. The price includes five parking spaces in the underground garage. In addition to a spacious living room, a grand hall, a dining room, four bedrooms, bathrooms and two kitchens, the apartment has a home cinema, two wood-burning fireplaces, a bio-fireplace, as well as a sauna with panoramic windows, a hammam and a Jacuzzi.

The third place in the rating is occupied by apartments in one of the towers in Moscow City - 250 sq. m. apartments on the 76th floor are rented for 2.5 million rubles per month. The interior is decorated in a modern style and includes a spacious living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bathroom with panoramic windows.

The fourth in the list is a four-bedroom apartment with a total area of 312 sq. m. m is also available for rent in Khamovniki. A lot with designer finishes is offered for 2.3 million rubles per month. The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, four dressing rooms, bathrooms, a laundry room and a hallway. The rental price also includes two parking spaces.

The top 5 apartments are located next to the Moskva River embankment and the Kremlin. The lot area is 160 square meters, the rental rate is 2.3 million rubles per month. The two-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of the clubhouse.

According to experts, the number of new high-budget projects is increasing, prices have risen following strong demand, while buyers' preferences for internal infrastructure have shifted towards options for family holidays and education.
