In order for the skin to look tender and fresh in the morning, you need to take care of it in the evening. It is important to follow several rules. Natalia Tkachenko, a cosmetologist chemist and founder of the beauty brand Roz Mary, told Izvestia about this on April 4.

"First— carefully study the compositions of the care cosmetics that you are going to apply to the skin <...> The second important rule of evening care is washing. It is important to organize this process in such a way that the natural lipid balance of the skin is not disrupted," Tkachenko said.

According to her, you can wash off cosmetics with micellar water with oils, and then wash with an enzyme gel or foam. After that, you can apply a tonic. These cosmetic products help to normalize the pH balance and maintain the skin in a healthy and well-groomed condition.

"The next step is to apply a mask. There are various types of masks. Therefore, you need to choose it taking into account the characteristics of your skin and the goal that you want to achieve <...> The next step is to apply a caring serum or cream to the skin," she said.

The cosmetologist added that if a person is engaged in anti-aging care, then it is necessary that the products contain argan, jojoba, almond and squalane oils, as they help strengthen the hydrolipidic barrier of the skin.

In addition, she advised to perform these procedures two hours before bedtime. This is necessary so that the useful substances do not remain on the pillow. It is also important to carefully monitor the cleanliness of the bedding on which a person sleeps.

"Remember that your best helpers in nightly care are timely sleep and a cool microclimate in your bedroom, they will help maintain the correct water-salt balance," the expert summed up.

On March 20, Alexandra Pashkova, a dermatologist at the Semeynaya clinic network, noted in a conversation with Izvestia that with the onset of spring, the skin is facing new challenges: temperature fluctuations, increased solar activity, vitamin deficiency. The specialist reported on the importance of hydration this season, as after winter, the skin is often dehydrated due to prolonged exposure to low temperatures and dry indoor air. To maintain the water balance, Pashkova advised using products with hyaluronic acid.
