The fountain season started in Yalta on Friday, April 4. Before the launch, specialists checked the operation of the equipment, according to the social networks of the mayor Yanina Pavlenko.
"They were launched in test mode the day before, but now they are working on an ongoing basis. In the warm season, residents of Yalta and guests of the region will be pleased with the freshness and coolness," said the mayor.
According to the SevastopolMedia news agency, there are about 25 fountains in the city.
Earlier it was reported that two new reservoirs will be built in Crimea. The facilities will be able to meet the needs of Bolshaya Alushta, Bolshaya Yalta and nearby settlements.
