Xiaomi Redmi 10C and Redmi 12 4G smartphones topped the ranking of the best budget devices for gaming. This is stated in the results of a study by Vigo and the Lesta Games group of companies, which were reviewed by Izvestia on April 5.
The experts decided to study which current popular smartphone models have a median share of low FPS game time of about 0. FPS (frame per second) is the number of frames alternating in one second. This term is used to explain how dynamic and smooth the image in the game turned out to be. FPS is influenced by various factors, such as processor power, graphics card, and RAM. In addition, the software graphics settings in the game and the screen resolution are taken into account.
Analysts have compiled a list of the best devices for mobile games. Among smartphones, Xiaomi Redmi 10C came in first place, Redmi 12 4G came in second, Redmi 9 came in third. Also included in the rating were: Redmi 13C, Redmi Note 8 Pro, Redmi Note 10S, Tecno SPARK 20, Realme Note 50, Xiaomi Redmi 12, Redmi 9A.
"Most of the listed smartphones run on the same combination — a budget processor, an inexpensive Mali G-52 video chip and an IPS screen," said Vigo Product Director Anton Prokopenko.
Among the more serious options, experts named Xiaomi Poco F3, Xiaomi 11T, Honor X9b, Poco X6 Pro, Poco X3 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Xiaomi Poco F5, Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Honor 90, Xiaomi Poco X6.
