More than 800 billion rubles invested in the Trans-Baikal TOP

The volume of investments in the territory of priority development "Transbaikalia" amounted to more than 800 billion rubles. This is reported in the Telegram channel of the regional Ministry of Planning and Development.

According to the agency, investments of TOP residents increased by 107 billion rubles last year in 2024.

Residents have sent more than 6 billion rubles of tax deductions to the regional budget. These are 90 mining, processing and agricultural enterprises, writes ChitaMedia news agency.

After the launch of the TOP, the regional GDP reached 720 billion rubles, including due to investments by residents. The number of jobs created exceeded 12.5 thousand.

In July 2024, it was reported that the borders of the Trans-Baikal Territory would be expanded by joining land plots with an area of more than 70 hectares. An enterprise for the production of non-standard metal structures and a quick-assembly concrete plant will be built on the new sites.
