The Kremlin has not yet received any information about Europe's desire to organize talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was announced on April 4 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"So far there have been no signals," Peskov told TASS.

Yesterday, Finnish President Alexander Stubb said that France or the United Kingdom should take the initiative to cooperate with the Russian Federation to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.

Prior to that, on April 1, Stubb said that the country should prepare for the return of relations with Russia. He also stressed that the resumption of dialogue between the two countries would depend on the end of the Ukrainian conflict.

In turn, Peskov said, commenting on the words of the Finnish leader, that the Russian Federation has never sought to spoil relations with other states, especially with neighbors, but has always advocated mutually beneficial cooperation.
