Baldo reported on the blocking of the Russian Armed Forces ships leaving ports in the Mykolaiv region

Russian military personnel blocked the exit of ships from ports in the Mykolaiv region. This was announced on April 4 by the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo.

"The ships leaving the Mykolaiv ports, which are controlled by the enemy, are blocked by our military from the Kinburnsky Peninsula," he told RIA Novosti.

Baldo said that the exit from the Dnieper and the Southern Bug to the Dnieper-Bug estuary and further into the Black Sea is also blocked.

In addition, according to the governor, at the moment the ports of Kherson are under the fire control of the Russian military. There are currently no commercial or transport vessels there.
