James Cameron's film Avatar: Fire and Ashes, which is the third film in the franchise, has unveiled its first trailer. This was reported on April 3 by Variety magazine.

James Cameron's "Avatar: Fire and Ashes," the third and only installment in the saga that did not suffer from endless delays in release dates, unveiled the very first trailer on Thursday afternoon at CinemaCon, the annual gathering of theater owners in Las Vegas.

The audience was shown a trailer for the film in 3D format.

The mesmerizing footage begins on Pandora and introduces viewers to two new Na'vi clans — the Wind Merchants and their enemies, the Fire People.

According to the publication, the trailer ends with one of the Na'vi being pierced by a fiery arrow during the battle between the clans and dying.

Earlier, on April 1, it became known that almost 20 multi-genre projects of the NMG Film Distribution company (part of the National Media Group holding) will be presented at the Russian Film Business forum in Moscow, which takes place from April 1 to April 3 at the Cinema Park Mosfilm complex. The genre range ranges from the crime comedy "Where's my Money?" to the animated film "Heroes".
