The most common vitamin deficiencies in Russia are vitamin D and B vitamins. On Friday, April 4, Alexandra Surzhik, a dietitian and adviser to the V.M. Gorbatov Federal Scientific Center for Food Systems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, told about this.
